Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Regularly update and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime.

Install and update software and hardware, ensuring compatibility and performance.

Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any IT-related problems.

Maintain backup and disaster recovery systems to ensure data integrity.

Document configurations, system changes, and issues.

Ensure systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Identify areas for automation and create scripts or use tools to optimize routine tasks.

Implement systems to automate monitoring, backups, and reporting.
