Senior System Administrator

About the Role:

Ryt Bank is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior System Administrator to lead, manage, and evolve our IT infrastructure and end-user computing environment. This senior role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our systems while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure, Endpoint & Application Management:
• Lead administration and optimization of macOS and Windows endpoints across the enterprise.
• Oversee deployment automation, patch management, and systems hardening.
• Manage and improve Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Oversee governance and administration of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, JSM).
• Evaluate and introduce tools and technologies to enhance scalability and reliability.
