MandatorySkills & Experience  
6–10 years of experience as a System Analyst within Banking / Financial Services. 
Strong experience in Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS). 
Hands‑on exposure to Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) processes. 
Deep understanding of banking compliance frameworks. 
Strong business process modeling and workflow documentation skills. 
Experience preparing SDM documentation. 
Experience writing Data Conversion Specifications
