Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Analyst to join the NDSS IT India team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, system administration, and enterprise support. This role requires hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, patching, vulnerability remediation, and scripting. The candidate should be proactive, technically sound, and capable of providing excellent support to end users while ensuring a secure, stable, and compliant IT environment.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

User & Infrastructure Support
Provide prompt support to users via ticketing systems, email, chat, and phone.

Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networks, VPN, and applications.

Document all support activities accurately within the ticketing system.
