Senior System Analyst

Job Roles

• Define problem statements and provide analysis of user requirements
• Provide designs of the solution that meet client's requirements based on company available tools or relevant solution in the market.
• Review artefacts produced with client's and delivery team's resources
• Provide overall training to key personnel of client
• Draft user requirements specification, system design document, software requirements specification and other related documents
• Work closely with the product owner, developers and quality assurance team to provide relevant inputs
• Engage the Change Management Team where required

• Review potential new or current systems internally and/or with client
• Map the flow of information around client's business processes and translate it into coherent, usable technology processes
