Senior System Analyst

Job Roles
Define problem statements and provide analysis of user requirements
Provide designs of the solution that meet client's requirements based on company available tools or relevant solution in the market.
Review artefacts produced with client's and delivery team's resources
Provide overall training to key personnel of client
Draft user requirements specification, system design document, software requirements specification and other related documents
Work closely with the product owner, developers and quality assurance team to provide relevant inputs
Engage the Change Management Team where required

Review potential new or current systems internally and/or with client
Map the flow of information around client's business processes and translate it into coherent, usable technology processes
Present ideas for system and business process improvements, including cost proposals
