Senior System Analyst

Role Purpose
The Senior System Analyst (SSA) reports to the IT manager and is responsible for bridging business requirements and technical implementation while leading projects from initiation to deployment. Beyond system analysis and design, the SSA takes ownership of end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. For small-scale system enhancements, the SSA will directly perform requirement gathering, coding, and testing. This role demands both strategic oversight and hands-on technical execution, ensuring solutions—whether internal or vendor-delivered—adhere to Aspial's architecture, standards, and system integrity.
