Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Certifications

• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is mandatory.
• LSA Part 1 or full LSA certification is a strong advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 5 years of dedicated Pega development experience.
• Minimum of 2–3 full end-to-end project implementations.

Framework Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Pega CLM/KYC frameworks.

Domain Knowledge

• Solid understanding of Financial Services, client onboarding processes, and global regulatory KYC requirements.
