Senior System Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Systems Administration
· Administer and maintain VMware, Windows, and Linux servers, storage systems, and infrastructure appliances at hardware and operating system levels.
· Provide Level 2 technical support for infrastructure and platform services.
· Manage Microsoft 365 E3 components, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
· Perform system configuration, performance tuning, patching, and capacity planning.
Technical Operations
· Support system related components like OS, network, and security engineering tasks as required.
· Develop and maintain automation scripts using Microsoft PowerShell and Linux shell scripting.
· Continuously optimise systems, storage, networks, and file systems for efficiency and security.
· Strengthen system security using cost-effective and industry-standard practices.
