Senior System Management Specialist

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The Senior Systems Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting critical applications and their infrastructure across diverse platforms, including Linux, Windows and cloud (On‑Prem and Public) environments. The role ensures the reliability and innovation of RBC’s IT ecosystem, collaborating with internal stakeholders, third‑party providers and cross‑functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with stakeholder needs.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Technical Support

• Manage application support for users on Linux, Windows and cloud platforms.
• Ensure environmental stability in pre‑production and production phases.
• Develop tools to automate and troubleshoot application issues.
• Environment Management: configurations, security, maintenance and deployments for databases, application servers, middleware, cloud platforms and data storage.
