Senior System Specialist (O365)

The Senior System Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting Future’s enterprise IT systems across on-premises and cloud environments. This includes Windows Server, Azure AVS and Microsoft 365 (O365) services. Additionally, this role requires strong expertise in Windows security and Intune device management. Knowledge of Linux would be an asset. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, will have a functional role in mentoring other team members, and participate in strategic projects to ensure system reliability, security and scalability.

What you’ll be working on

Manage and perform updates on all Windows Servers and core services.

Administer and optimize VMware vSphere, Azure AVS, and SAN environments.

Configure and maintain Microsoft O365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, Teams Phone, and OneDrive.
