Senior Systems Administrator, Team Lead (Middlewar

In this hands on team leader role, you will manage a middleware development team while also contributing to the design and implementation of solutions.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Lead team of 3 to 5 Systems Management administrators

Manage support, and administration of Middleware infrastructure consisting of: Savvion BPM, BMC Patrol, BMC Control-M, Tibco ESB, and Weblogic servers

Responsible for defining, auditing, and managing defined operating procedures for the day to day operations of Middleware infrastructure

Review IT projects with regards to labor estimation, hardware sizing and recommendations for Middleware infrastructure

Ensure proper deployment, auditing, and tracking of enterprise Middleware product licenses

Manage configuration and maintenance of Middleware products/platforms

Manage security models/mechanisms associated with each Middleware product
