About the role

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila on a contract basis. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for analysing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's information systems and processes.

What you'll be doing

• Assess existing information systems and identify opportunities for improvement
• Design and implement new systems and applications to support the company's operations
• Document system requirements, processes and specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure systems are secure, reliable and compliant with industry regulations
• Train and support end-users on new systems and processes
• Continuously monitor system performance and suggest optimisation measures
