Job Description

Reporting to the Supervisor, Enterprise Applications, this position will play a key role in leading implementation of SAP HCM/Payroll system enhancements, software updates and upgrades like SAP Support Pack and CLC updates as part of State of Good Repairs program to ensure that the software application is up-to-date. This position will also participate in system implementation and support for SuccessFactors HCM application modules.
Duties & Responsibilities
Leads project technical implementation including software acquisition, system planning, development and system integration, hardware sizing, software installation, systems testing, documentation and training.

Participates in solution evaluation, and recommendation, development of user requirements, analysis, design and process, data modeling, and contractor selection.

Manages contractors as required to deliver projects.
