Senior Systems Engineer

The Citrix Senior Engineer is responsible for owning the reliability, security, and resilience of the organization’s Citrix platforms while leading incident response, driving continuous improvement, and enabling scalable support across teams.. Accountabilities/Responsibilities

+ Position provides monitoring, troubleshooting, recovery, and problem escalation in a Citrix virtual environment.

+ Works with vendor support on evaluation and implementation of new technology.
