Job Description

If you are a Senior Systems Engineer professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers the chance to lead systems engineering activities for TOV and C‑Ball valves across the full product lifecycle, including New Product Development (NPD), NTD, Configuration Management and Sustaining. 
Based in Lugagnano Val d’Arda, Italy, you will report to the Engineering Director and collaborate with Product Leadership, Program Management, Mechanical Design, Materials, and Test & Validation teams, as well as colleagues across Europe to drive high‑quality, innovative product solutions.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Provide technical ownership of programs and serve as the primary technical interface.
Translate customer and business needs into system requirements, architectures, and structured engineering plans (BPRS, SyRS, PBS, WBS, SEMP).
