Senior Systems Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Systems Manager to join our FP&A team in Montreal. As a Senior Financial Systems Manager within FP&A, you will own Lightspeed's enterprise performance management (EPM) platform end-to-end and act as the primary liaison between Finance and the Data Office, IT, and broader business systems on everything that touches financial planning infrastructure. You will be the technical owner of Pigment, our new planning system, and a hands‑on builder driving its architecture, integrations, and evolution.

What you’ll be doing:

• Platform Ownership: Own Pigment as a system, including data models, calculation logic, dimensional structure, security and access design, version control, and release management. Make the architectural calls that determine how planning works at Lightspeed for years.
