MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Recruitment Process Management:

§ Lead all phases of the recruitment process, including stakeholder engagement and recruitment kick off, job posting, candidate

sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management and background checks, ensuring adequate communication and feedback to

all relevant actors through the process stages.

§ Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the entirety of the process.
