Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist – Contingent Labor Management

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead day to day MSP program operations, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence, optimized rate cards, and high-performing supplier partnerships.
+ Manage VMS activities (e.g., Beeline, SAP Fieldglass), including requisition workflows, approvals, compliance checks, reporting, and user support.
+ Conduct quarterly business reviews with MSP and suppliers; drive action plans focused on fill rates, time to fill, quality, DEI outcomes, and cost optimization.
+ Maintain and update program processes, policies, and SOPs in alignment with Procurement, Legal, HR, and other stakeholders.
+ Serve as the primary escalation point for hiring managers and functional leaders to resolve issues promptly.
