**How you will make an impac** **t** **:**

+ Identifying and attracting talents for vacancies across the EEMEA region. Advise management, develop and facilitate programs to enable Edwards to meet talent acquisition needs.
+ Managing the recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies across the entire EMEA region (Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa), including senior level positions
