About You And The Team

You will manage the end-to-end recruiting cycles to build successful talent pipelines for our business needs. You will also manage and coordinate the activities for the Internal Job posting.

Finally, you are responsible for engaging and nurturing the relationship with selected recruiting agencies (for example headhunter, if needed) and the service providers (LinkedIn).

The team you will join is international and located in different cities within Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the business and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and proactively build talent pipelines;
• Review the business needs, create and advertise the job descriptions on suitable recruiting channels;
• Actively source candidates who are suitable for the positions (internally and externally);
