Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Temporary 6‑month contract. The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening and coordination. This role ensures a smooth hiring experience and contributes to the organization’s talent acquisition goals.

• Manage requisitions and candidate pipelines in Workday.
• Create and maintain job requisitions in Workday, ensuring accuracy of job details, approvals, and status updates while actively managing candidates through each stage of the hiring workflow.
• Screen and assess candidates: review applications, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates against role requirements, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality shortlisting process.
