About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team at Selections HR. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing roles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and source relevant talent
• Screen candidates via calls and assess fitment
• Coordinate interviews and track hiring progress
• Maintain candidate pipeline and closure reports
• Build strong talent networks for future hiring

Requirements

• 1–10 years of recruitment experience (agency)
• Strong communication and sourcing skills
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Energetic, target-driven, and process-oriented
