Key Responsibilities:
Manage 360 recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage Support fast-paced hiring demands across multiple roles and functions Source, screen, and engage candidates across East Asia markets, as well as globally Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing Collaborate closely with hiring managers and international stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit Coordinate interview arrangements and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates, insights, and hiring reports Requirements:
