They are now looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to own this function and drive it forward.
The Role
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution for tech hiring across two markets. You'll lead a dedicated TA team, report into senior HR leadership, and be the architect of a hiring engine that delivers at scale - reducing agency dependency, strengthening employer brand, and ensuring the organisation wins in a competitive tech talent market.
