Senior Talent Development Specialist (Hybrid)

We’re seeking a Senior Talent Development Specialist who brings a forward-thinking approach to building capabilities, leveraging data, and creating engaging learning experiences that drive real behavior change across the organization. Based in our West Trenton, New Jersey corporate office, the Senior Talent Development Specialist partners with HRBPs and business leaders to design and deliver learning and development solutions that help employees reach their fullest potential and cultivate high functioning teams.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday through Friday with additional hours as required. This is a hybrid position, but the successful candidate will be working 100% on-site in the West Trenton corporate office for the first 90-days during their acclimation to the position.
