What's The Role

A Senior Advisor is accountable for providing concise, accurate, comprehensive, intelligent and timely Philippine tax advice to Shell stakeholders, manage tax disputes including claims involving indirect and direct taxes, lead and support advocacy work and support the Country Tax Head in general. The role has primary focus on Downstream and/or RES operations in Philippines, and is expected to support some of the businesses and activities across Shell as priorities demand. In this role you will:

• Support the team in accountability for the overall proper management of all taxes in Philippines, irrespective of whether these are handled in their own organisation.
• Support the overall effective and efficient operation of tax in Philippines
• Support the team in enhancing relationship with BIR
