Job Summary Reporting to the Director, Taxation & Legal Entities, the senior tax analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies across all aspects of income tax compliance and reporting with a high degree of accuracy and on a timely basis. You’ll work across a complex, cross-border asset management platform with exposure to both Canadian and U.S. operations, joint ventures, and institutional partners.

Responsibilities

Compile and organize working papers to support various tax filings accurately and promptly.

Prepare income tax returns for corporations and partnerships in all jurisdictions we operate.

Respond to income tax and/or GST/HST/VAT audit queries from governing bodies in all jurisdictions.
