Senior Tax and Accounting Expert - UAE

We are seeking a senior accounting & tax professional with proven leadership skills to lead and manage an accounting and tax team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in accounting, VAT, and corporate tax under UAE law , combined with the ability to supervise staff, review work, and advise clients . This role is suited for a hands‑on leader who can own month‑end closing, compliance, and client delivery while developing team performance.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting & tax team
• Review team deliverables (accounts, VAT returns, CT calculations)
• Allocate work, set deadlines, and ensure quality control
• Train junior and senior staff on UAE accounting and tax requirements
