Senior Tax Attorney

We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Attorney with 5+ years post-admission experience to join a specialist Tax Legal team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in tax and/or corporate law who is ready to take on complex, high-value advisory work while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
R40,000 - R65,000ctc 
 

Minimum requirements:

• LLB


• Admitted Attorney 


• Advanced technical knowledge of South African and international tax principles


• Proven track record in drafting complex tax opinions


• Experience engaging with SARS on technical and dispute matters


• Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide practical, solution-driven advice


• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple high-value matters under pressure
