We are working with a global media brand seeking a Senior Tax Consultant to join a dynamic team supporting a portfolio of iconic brands in the media and entertainment space. As a Senior Tax Consultant, you’ll play a key role in managing and reviewing complex corporate and partnership federal, state, and local income tax returns.

Responsibilities:

• Review quarterly estimated payments and extensions
• Oversee interim and year-end tax provisions under ASC 740
• Liaise with finance and accounting teams to analyze and document financial data
• Support audits, tax planning, and resolve notices from tax authorities
• Manage junior staff and/or consultants on assigned projects
• Provide tax support to other corporate and operating groups
