Job Description

Responsibilities:
Providing pan European structuring support for the Europe real assets segment
Providing structuring support in the context of funds with Luxembourg presence and holding platforms 
Monitoring European regulatory and tax changes and impact on structures through Luxembourg
Tax and structuring matters pertaining to the Luxembourg AIFM
Luxembourg structural tax compliance and maintenance
Work with Fund Tax Lead, Deal Teams, Fund Management Teams and Legal Team to determine and implement optimal structuring for each investment
Support Deal Teams and Fund Management Teams on investment/divestment execution
Assist in engaging with external advisors
Monitor structures on a regular basis to ensure continued appropriateness
Work in conjunction with Fund Management for Transaction Review and ongoing structural maintenance
