Senior Tax Manager- Private Companies

Responsibilities

Provide counsel to business owner clients regarding a comprehensive range of business and tax opportunities, including succession planning, wealth transfer planning, and tax compliance.

Manage and supervise the engagement team that focuses on partnership, corporate, and trust entities. This includes the planning and execution of client tax engagements.

Anticipate client needs and collaborate with colleagues in specialized tax areas, as well as across various lines of business, to cultivate client relationships and foster growth.

Offer leadership, training, and career mentorship to staff and supervisor-level team members.

Drive and collaborate with senior leadership on identifying and pursuing growth opportunities with both existing clients and prospective clients.

Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients and other professional advisors through a commitment to exceptional client service.
