Senior Tax specialist

We are looking for a Senior Tax specialist to take ownership of tax compliance in Mexico while acting as a strategic partner to the business. Location CDMX (Hybrid work model) Guadalajara (Hybrid work model) What you will do Ensure compliance with all Mexican tax obligations, including VAT, Income Tax, withholding taxes, and local taxes Assess tax implications of business transactions, new projects, and commercial initiatives Identify tax risks and recommend mitigation strategies Support audits and manage interactions with tax authorities (SAT) Review tax calculations, filings, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance Monitor changes in Mexican tax legislation and lead implementation of required adjustments Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions when applicable Improve tax processes and internal controls to enhance governance Collaborate with ext...
