Senior TCM Practitioner

Clinical Care & Treatment

• Perform comprehensive TCM diagnosis, including history taking, physical examination, and investigations to evaluate the urgency and severity of patient conditions.
• Recommend and where appropriate, independently undertake treatment options aligned with clinical guidelines and patient needs.
• Refer patients to other support services or specialists as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
• Collaborate and coordinate patient rehabilitation plans, actively participating in restoring patients' normal functioning.
• Consistently exceed established standards and quality benchmarks in TCM care delivery.
• Provide timely, patient-centered, and culturally appropriate healthcare services within Sunway TCM Centre and Sunway Healthcare Group Services.

Patient Care Management & Operational Leadership

• Demonstrate thorough operational knowledge of TCM procedures relevant to the assigned area.
