Oversee operational execution to ensure service levels, lead times, and customer KPIs are consistently achieved. Ensure compliance with Customs regulations and bonded/controlled goods requirements. Maintain accurate inventory control and accountability, including cycle counts and annual stock takes. Plan and optimize manpower deployment to meet operational demands and productivity targets. Monitor team discipline, attendance, and performance, including tracking of lateness and medical leave.
