Job Description
(1.) Monitor quality and progress of work, check and approve work of subordinates (turn around time, risk analysis, overall team performance and project planning) within authorization level and/or in close cooperation with the manager
Stimulate change and improvement, assess proposals of subordinates as well as to propose change or improvement of processes to higher management
To provide regular updates and facilitate in resolving and addressing team issues and concerns
To have regular reviews with team
(3.) Ensure Retention of team members is within the agreed norms
(4.) Improving skill level through self-development
(5.) The individual should be to manage, motivate, engage and enthuse people to take them to the next level of achievement.
(6.) Ensure timely and correct reporting to process manager in accordance with applicable procedures and guidelines and ensure recording and traceability of data
