Job Description:

As a Senior Tea m Manager (STM) , you will play a pivotal role in leading, mentoring, and ensuring the successful execution of recruitment operations across teams, while maintaining high standards in client and employee satisfaction. This role demands a balance of leadership, process expertise, and problem-solving skills to oversee and optimize recruiting workflows, enhance sourcing strategies, pinpoint bottlenecks in the candidate funnel, manage escalations, and act as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities  

•  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Recruiters and Senior Recruiters to achieve performance goals.
• Oversee recruitment efforts and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Collaborate, prepare, and present reports to stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Analyze team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
