Senior Team Member, DCM

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Team Member, DCM to join our Debt Capital Markets team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will support senior leadership in managing client relationships, originating and executing debt capital market transactions, and delivering end-to-end deal execution. You will work closely with internal partners to support clients’ funding needs while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and execution standards.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist Head / Team Head manage relationships with Malaysian corporate group to secure investment banking and corporate banking deals.
• Lead the execution and monitoring of projects.
• Cooperate with IB business pillar departments on originate and execute deals.
• Work closely within DCM and Treasury to place bonds/sukuk for clients.
