Job Title: Senior Tech Lead – Azure Data Lake
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Tech Lead to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale data lake solutions. In this pivotal leadership role, you will manage a cross-functional team of up to 20 engineers, guiding them through complex cloud data platform projects using cutting-edge Microsoft Azure technologies. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business and act as a key decision-maker in driving architectural direction, technical strategy, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Leadership: o Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable Azure-based data lake solutions. o Provide deep technical guidance on tools such as Azure Synapse, Databricks, SQL, Power BI, and Fabric/Tableau. o Oversee code quality, development standards, and Dev Ops best practices using Visual Studio, TFS, and Git.
