Senior Tech Operations Vendor Management Manager

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Operations Vendor Management Manager.

This role is a key leadership position within the Infrastructure Operations Reliability (IOR) responsible for leading governance, risk, and performance oversight of third-party technology vendors supporting core infrastructure and operations. You will own end-to-end vendor lifecycle management, including selection, onboarding, performance management, renewals, and offboarding. You will ensure a strong risk and control framework is in place across all vendors, aligned with regulatory, security, and operational standards. The position requires close partnership with Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Procurement teams to effectively manage vendor-related risks, including cyber, resiliency, data, and regulatory concerns.
