Summary

We're looking for an experienced Tech Sourcer to join Kake's internal team and help build our sourcing function from the ground up. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and executing sourcing strategies for technical roles, partnering closely with recruiters, and building strong talent pipelines. What You'll Do

• Partner with recruiters during role kick-offs to align on hiring needs, must-haves, dealbreakers, and sourcing strategy.
• Own end-to-end technical sourcing for new roles, building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using Boolean search, headhunting, talent mapping, and targeted company research.
