We are hiring for a IT software provider Sr. Technical Analyst Lead role permanent for Locals in Malaysia.
Must Have Skill Sets
• Minimum
8 years of experience as a System Analyst or Programmer in the insurance domain and DXC platforms such as Life Asia, Integral Life Classic, or Java-based versions.
• Extensive hands-on experience with life/health policy administration systems.
• Strong understanding of life insurance business processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Basic Java, Jasper, and reporting tools like Sisense OR any reporting tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive team performance
Should have experience in insurance domain and these products LifeAsia, Life400, Life Integral systems, ETL, and MS SQL
