Senior Technical Consultant – ITSM/CSM (Lausanne, CH)

As a Senior Technical Consultant – ITSM/CSM in the Swiss market, you will design and deliver enterprise‑grade ServiceNow solutions for clients in the French‑speaking region. You ensure quality, stability, and innovation across ITSM, CSM, and platform‑wide implementations.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle ITSM implementations (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, SLAs).
• Lead CSM implementations (Case, Omni‑Channel, Playbooks, Knowledge, Communities).
• Conduct workshops and define future‑state process and technical designs.
• Configure, script, and build scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting assets.
• Support CMDB modelling and operational service excellence.
