Job Description

Purpose:  
The Senior Technical Writer is responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality technical training content and documentation that enables customers and cross functional employees to effectively deploy, operate, and support Allerium Call Handling suite of products. The role translates complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible learning materials that drive product adoption, operational excellence, and customer success. 
Responsibilities:   
Own the planning, creation, maintenance, and delivery of comprehensive product documentation for Call Handling solutions, including User Guides, Administration Guides, Operations & Maintenance documentation, Installation Guides, Release Notes, and Online Help content.
