Weare recruiting for a new member of staff to maintain and develop the TrustsBuilding Management System (BMS) which is based on Honeywell TRENDarchitecture. An understanding of BMS control logic and systems architectureis essential. The key responsibility of the post will be helping to ensuresafe, effective and efficient healthcare is delivered across two major acutehospitals in Leeds and several other sites.

Therewill be a requirement to manage external contractors working for the Trust ona day to day and individual project level.Estates staff who work with mechanical and electrical systems willalso be under your direction and there will be opportunities for developmentwithin project management as well as within risk & compliance management,energy management and intelligent systems.
