Responsibilities
Prepare and brief the tender technical start-up, requirements, key targets in terms of time, cost, quality, resources, EHS and contractual. 
Prepare and submit tender technical write up, documents and slides in compliances with all terms, condition and requirements 
Prepare and present to Client's rep and Consultants for ECI and pre/post tender. 
Able to be independent and leading a team in planning operations to achieve all key targets 
Coordinate, produce Value Engineering, Alternatives, Cost Engineering, technical proposals and submission requirements. 
Adoption of new technologies and work processes 
Plan and prepare realistic Work programme, define key project milestones, critical path using MS Project/Primavera. 
Resolve drawing and specification discrepancies. 
Interpret contractual implications and requirements.
