Senior Technical Implementation Manager

The opportunity

This role works to identify and prioritize features to meet the needs of the customer, ensuring organizational alignment with stakeholders and managing requirements in the form of user stories and the service backlog.

This role is responsible for managing multiple stakeholders and initiatives within the constraints of scope, time, cost, and quality to successfully deliver to specified requirements and achieve customer outcomes.The individual will manage tradeoffs between a variety of stakeholders while balancing the needs of the team and the organization.
