Senior technical instructor

Quantiphi is recruiting practitioner trainers for its flagship Campus program. This program is a structured, project-based onboarding initiative designed specifically for our July 2026 batch of graduate engineering trainees.
We are seeking currently working practitioners, who can bring real-world depth and professional experience to hands-on, Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions. Our goal is to ensure every trainee is project-ready and capable of contributing to client work from day one.
Who We Are Looking For
- Current Professional Practice: You must be currently employed as a practitioner at a tech or product company.
- Experience: 4–6+ years of hands-on industry experience in your specific domain.
- Virtual Delivery: Comfortable delivering live, virtual ILT sessions and managing guided labs.
- Practical Teaching: Strong ability to teach using real-world examples and production-grade scenarios rather than just theoretical concepts.
