 Job Purpose

A growing organisation is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to own the rebuild, migration, and

long -term evolution of its digital ecosystem, beginning with the transition of its primary

website to a modern headless WordPress and architecture.

This role will oversee the architecture, development, and continuous optimisation of digital

platforms, with a strong focus on performance, SEO, user experience, scalability, and AI -
readiness.
In addition to the public website, this role will lead the development of internal digital
applications, including a company intranet and other business -critical tools.
